英国GRIMM格林进口卫生级隔膜泵概述： 

          进口卫生级隔膜泵亦称卫生级气动隔膜泵，除了具有普通隔膜泵无密封、防爆、低剪切、易维修、允许空转、轻便、自吸启动等优点外，更是兼具优异的卫生性能，能满足食品、饮料、制药等高卫生等级作业要求。

英国GRIMM格林进口卫生级隔膜泵工作原理：

1、压缩空气为动力。
2、是一种由膜片往复变形造成容积变化的容积泵，其工作原理近似于柱塞泵，由于隔膜泵工作原理的特点，因此隔膜泵具有以下特点：
⑴隔膜泵不会过热：压缩空气作动力，在排气时是一个膨胀吸热的过程，气动泵工作时温度是降低的，无有害气体排出。
⑵隔膜泵不会产生电火花：气动隔膜泵不用电力作动力，接地后又防止了静电火花。
⑶隔膜泵可以通过含颗粒液体：因为容积式工作且进口为球阀，所以不容易被堵。

1、无需灌引水。吸程高达5m，扬程达70m，出口压力≥7bar。
2、流动宽敞，通过性能好。允许通过*大颗粒直径达6mm。抽送带颗粒、杂质的液体时，对泵磨损甚微。
3、扬程、流量可通过气阀开度实现无级调节(气压调节在1～7bar之间)。
4、气动卫生泵无旋转部件，没有轴封，隔膜把抽送的介质与泵的运动部件、工件介质完全隔开，所输送的介质不会向外泄漏。
5、不必用电。在易燃、易爆场所使用安全可靠。
6、清洗方便、过流部分无死角，进出料卡箍接口拆卸方便，环保干净卫生。
7、使用方便、工作可靠、开停只需简单地打开和关闭气体阀门。即使由于意外情况而长时间无介质运行或突然停机泵也不会因此而损坏。一旦超负荷，泵会自动停机，具有自我保护性能，当负荷恢复正常后，又能自动启动运行。
8、结构简单、易损件少，该泵结构简单，安装、维修方便，液体与气阀室部位完全隔开不接触。
9、可输送较粘的液体(粘度在1万厘泊以下)。
10、不锈钢卫生泵无须用油润滑，即使空转。对泵也无任何影响，这是该泵*大特点。
